Best HN client Ive found. The swipe-left to collapse thread is worth the price on its own.
Very smooth, easy to use, customizable without being over-complicated and has all the features I want. Swipe to collapse thread is also awesome.
clearly readable ui, you can upvote with nice gestures and have support for saving and reading later articles. great app
Wow. I have downloaded every Hacker News app in the App Store and this one is the best of the bunch by a landslide. Simple, small, fast, and beautiful. A steal at 2 bucks.
The first HN app that feels like a polished product, not just a weekend project. It is such a pleasant surprise to find a great app whose developer is regularly improving the app.
A simple, but elegant interface for browsing HN. The *one* thing I would suggest in a future update is a dedicated section for HN Jobs.
Some bad moments
* Became too easy to accidentally downvote
* Cant get link to comment anymore
* Pages like Best can no longer be accessed
App would be nice if usable. Last versions always lose connection. Current version 2.5.1 is the worst. Cant load any content.
It was the best HN app by far, but it has been broken for some months now. No fixes, no changes.
This app is the best all around experience of HN. Excellent styling and ability to collapse threads stand out.
MiniHack is easily worth the low cost. I use it daily and it just works. And, the author is actively maintaining and improving it.
Great features, fluid UI, works 90% of the time and is definitely the best app out there for HN from all the ones I have tried. Highly recommended. And great developer support as well.
